These Terms of Service apply to your use of nobellaskin.com and any purchase you make from Nobella Skin ("we", "us"). By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products and descriptions

We try to describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible. Colours, packaging and sizes may vary slightly from the images. Our products are cosmetic skincare products and beauty tools. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Always read the ingredients and directions, patch test new products, and stop using a product if irritation occurs. If you are pregnant, nursing or have a medical condition, check with your doctor before use.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars. We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the price shown at checkout when you place your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is unavailable, a pricing error occurs or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll issue a full refund.

4. Shipping, returns and refunds

5. Reviews and content you submit

If you submit a review, comment or photo, you confirm it's your own honest experience and you give us permission to display it on our site and marketing. We may remove content that is unlawful, abusive, spam or unrelated to the product.

All content on this site, including text, graphics and logos, belongs to Nobella Skin or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Nobella Skin is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product involved.
