Is shipping really free?

Yes. Standard shipping is free on every US order and applied automatically at checkout. No code needed. Express shipping is available for $15.

How long will my order take?

Orders are processed in 1 to 3 business days and most arrive within 3 to 10 business days after shipping. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Do you ship outside the US?

Right now we ship to US addresses only.

Why did my order arrive in more than one package?

Some items ship from different warehouses, so a multi-item order can arrive separately. Each package has its own tracking.

Can I return a product?

Yes, unopened and unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. If something arrives damaged, faulty or wrong, email us within 7 days with a photo and we'll replace or refund it at no cost. See Returns & Refunds.

Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?

Many are, and each product page lists key ingredients and directions. We always recommend a patch test on your inner arm 24 hours before using something new on your face.

Can I use retinol products every day?

Start with 2 to 3 evenings a week and build up as your skin gets used to it. Always wear sunscreen during the day, and avoid retinol if you're pregnant or nursing.

Can I use LED masks and microcurrent devices if I'm pregnant?

We recommend not using light or microcurrent devices during pregnancy, or if you have a pacemaker, implant or light-sensitive condition. Check with your doctor if you're unsure.

Which payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards, plus the wallet options shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely and we never see your full card details.
